  1. Disconnect the second Bluetooth device from your ULTIMATE EARS speaker (either by disconnecting it from the Bluetooth devices menu or turning the Bluetooth connection off completely.
  2. Terminate and restart the ULTIMATE EARS speaker App on the primary Bluetooth device.

If the above doesn’t work, try the following:
