After updating to iOS 13, you will need to allow the app to access Bluetooth.

To do so, in your iOS Settings, go to your speaker’s app settings and turn on the Bluetooth access.



In case you have installed the app after the iOS update, you will be prompted with a message requesting Bluetooth access for the app. In this case, just click on “OK” to give access.

No. You can totally leave it blank if you prefer.
myBOOM 3 lets you personalize your speaker. You can choose from a range of super cool fabrics and patterns, select colors for different parts, and add your name or other fun text. Your creation is made to order, and in most cases will ship within 4 weeks.
myBOOM3 speakers ship from a separate location than our other products and accessories and take longer to build and get to you.

Right now, myBOOM 3 is only available in the US, Australia and the United Kingdom.
At this time, only the Ultimate Ears BOOM 3 speaker is available for customization but we may integrate this feature to MEGABOOM 3 in the future.
You can select custom colors for the fabric, the end caps, the volume buttons, the loop and the spine. You can even add custom text on the spine (the back of the speaker)!
Because it’s made to order, once your order is submitted, you cannot modify, cancel or return it. Please be sure you review all details of your order carefully before confirming.
For the moment, personalization is only available on BOOM 3.

– Mistake on our side (wrong colors or mistakes in the engraving of the text)

We will not accept returns for custom designs made in error.

Each screen is calibrated differently, so it is expected that you will see color variations on the actual product.
Yes. But it’s fully customized for you, so we feel it’s even better.
The text is engraved in the material, so you don’t have to worry about it wearing off or fading over time.

Yes, pretty much any language. We are covering the unicode supported languages, which means all of the languages that can be written in the following scripts: Latin, Greek, Cyrillic, Armenian, Hebrew, Arabic, Syriac, Thaana, Devanagari, Bengali, Gurmukhi, Oriya, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, Sinhala, Thai, Lao, Tibetan, Myanmar, Georgian, Hangul, Ethiopic, Cherokee, Canadian Aboriginal Syllabics, Khmer, Mongolian, Han (Japanese, Chinese, Korean ideographs), Hiragana, Katakana, and Yi.

You can write up to 16 characters. Also, any orders featuring text that contains profanity, insulting or discriminatory content, content construed to incite violence, or content we don’t want associated with our insanely awesome products will be rejected. Please keep it classy 🙂
